Q: What is the range of furniture Proof Living offers?


You are always welcome in our stores to view all the products in our range. However, our stores vary in size and you may not find our entire product range from all our brands on display at each store. Our full range is available to order, please ask our retail sales executives, who will be pleased to help and advise you. Kindly note that the products are subject to availability.



Q: Shared I need in-stock furniture and accessory pieces quickly for my home. How do I order from the in-stock list?


Please view the Proof Living In-Stock list which is a selection of our popular items that are ready to be delivered to your home with little to no lead time. They include items from all the brands in the Proof Living collection. Some items may not be available at the showroom as we always update our display with new arrivals and different designs. If you’d like to view the actual piece from the in-stock list, please approach a Retail Sales Executive with your request.



Terms and conditions:

  • All orders must be paid in full including delivery charges where applicable when the order is placed.
  • There are NO reserves on in-stock products. If only a deposit is made, there is no guarantee that the item will be in-stock at the time of full payment.
  • All orders with a backordered item/s on it will be filled first come first serve based on when that order was paid in full.
  • Items are only offered in the stated size and finish.
  • Orders can only be placed with a Retail Sales Executive in any of our Proof Living showrooms or represented showrooms.
  • For an order to be processed, we need to have complete information on the order including payment in full, complete delivery information and a complete description of the item/s.


Q: How do I pay for my purchase?


We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cheque or cash at all stores and Capitaland Vouchers at the Proof Living Ion Showroom.

On placing your order for items which are in stock, full payment is required. For indent orders, a 50% deposit is required to activate the order. The remaining 50% balance must be paid before or upon delivery.



Q: Delivery Time


For in-stock orders, delivery can be arranged within a week and you will be offered the first available delivery slot in your area. Otherwise, as most of our collection is customised for you, the normal delivery time for indent orders is as follows: 8-10 weeks for board furniture and 12 weeks for upholstery.



Q: Delivery and assembly


For quick and easy delivery and assembly, our professional delivery team can help you. They take care of transport and assembly and are knowledgeable about our products so you can be sure that your new piece of furniture is assembled correctly.

Our delivery service includes removal of packaging and the expert assembly and placement of the furniture in your home – ask in store for details and prices.

Free delivery will be provided for all orders amounting to a minimum of SGD$2000.00 All orders of lesser amount can either be collected at the showroom or delivered for a fee starting at $150.00, depending on the size and complexity of the delivery.



Q: Do you deliver orders outside of Singapore?

Q: Do you have a return policy?


We At Proof Living, we are confident the quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. As such, we do not accept returns for items which are in good condition but found to be unsuitable after delivery.

Orders may be cancelled within 3 working days from the order date, and all monies paid will be refunded less an administration fee of $50.00. Cancellations after this time will be subject to a 50% charge of the total cancelled items. No changes or alterations to the original order can be accepted after 3 working days from the order date.
