Meet our people


He is the Retail Operations Manager at Proof Living ION Showroom. Each day, Torben is greeted by his enthusiastic team of 11 sales executives, leading them to inspire our customers with outstanding service.

Edward is the Senior Admin & IT executive at Proof Living's headquarters. He has been with the Proof Living family for the past 5 years.

KC and Evern are both from the Proof Living Contract Team. They are in charge of Proof Living's B2B business, working with property developers and offices in Singapore to fill up the interiors and common areas with our furniture.

Available positions



Job Scope:

  • Provide sincere, friendly and energetic customer service by exemplifying outstanding service standards
  • Achieve established sales and contest goals
  • Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions
  • Assist customers with interior styling needs by proposing Proof Living collections of furniture and home accessories
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge
  • Utilize effective selling techniques to build multiple sales and increase productivity
  • Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, including features and benefits
  • Efficiently and accurately perform register transactions i.e., sales, returns, and exchanges
  • Assist in implementation and maintenance of visual merchandise presentation, signage and lighting
  • Uphold store maintenance and cleanliness standards


  • Candidates must possess a minimum of Diploma, Degree, or higher
  • Ideal candidates will be devoted to exceed customer expectations in areas of customer service and hospitality
  • Must be able to demonstrate their ability to grow sales through strong customer relationships
  • Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in interior design and/or furniture or fashion retail is preferred, but it is more essential to possess energy, integrity, dedication, personality, and a positive attitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, and Powerpoint) is required
